Timely investments and purchases made by States and Individuals. Even just a quarter amount can have a positive or negative impact on the economies of underdeveloped and developing countries. While there are billions of dollars of purchases on one side of the world, there are wars and economic difficulties on the other side. Some of these purchases have become 5 to 10 times more valuable today. For example; Like Instagram and Youtube.
